So… these are the rest of the kingfisher photographs that I promised yesterday. The image featured above shows the bird with a wasp. It didn’t seem to bother him as much as the tiny spider. (See the previous post for those).
The rest show him with various fish that were caught that afternoon.
He had swallowed the fish by this time, but was left with a tell-tale fish scale on his beak!
