It’s been unusually warm in recent days and the sun is currently streaming into our bedroom, kitchen and dining room. Naturally, all the cats have “clumped” in the warm patches, while I sit here in the west-facing study, with icy hands. This is the second day in a row for me, as I also froze in a bird hide at our local reserve yesterday. We will be steam-cleaning all the litter trays in an hour, so no doubt I will be too hot by the time they are done. For the cats though – I don’t think there is such a thing as being too warm. Here is little Foxy on the bedroom carpet this time last year.

27 Mar 2022The sun is playing hide and seek here as well. Very cold temperatures are forecast within a couple of days, with perhaps some snow on higher ground. Our central heating is back on again 🙂
