With such a run of bad weather recently, we’ve been spending even more time indoors with the cats. Apart from the hour or so mucking out the field shelter each morning, they have someone at home pretty much 24/7 anyway, but now it’s both of us. They seem quite happy with the arrangements and in fact, as I’m typing now, Luna is playing with a spring in the front room. Most of the others are upstairs on our bed (where it’s toasty) and no doubt there will be a couple on the brand new memory foam bed in front of the Aga.
This was Felix photographed recently in the dining room. He was sitting on the window sill, watching some form of wildlife or other and I managed to squeeze between the curtain and the wall to get these rather unusual portraits.

29 Jan 2025We love him too Sid. He was dumped at a port in Romania, but we could see from a short video that he was extremely friendly. He was very ill back then and I paid for his vet treatment until we could bring him over here 🙂
